File a claim

In the event you need to claim on your ISIS insurance, then you should do so within 28 days of the incident. Please admit a fully completed claims form together with the necessary documents as detailed in the policy terms & conditions.

In case you don't possess the policy terms & conditions, please contact your sales agent/office where you took out your policy.
